🛒 Shopping Process

Customers can register for free on our website to explore our product categories and easily add desired items to their cart. All products are listed with package prices, including size breakdowns and per-piece rates on each product page.

To maintain competitive wholesale pricing, the minimum order amount is $500.

  • For orders under $500, a $10 service fee applies.

  • For orders under $1000, an additional $10 delivery preparation fee will be added.

Orders can be confirmed by customers when ready. Once payment is received, orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. We inform our clients throughout the entire process.

Accepted payment options:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Western Union

  • Zolotaya Korona

  • MoneyGram

  • or through the customer’s contracted shipping company

Full payment is required after order confirmation.
For custom production orders (private label, special request), a minimum 50% advance payment is required.


🧪 Quality Check & Packaging

Before dispatch, all items undergo a strict final quality check to ensure no defects in size, color, or model.
We never ship defective or unwanted items.

Packaging is fully customizable according to the customer's preference:

  • Sacks, boxes, sack-box combinations, with or without hangers, or vacuum-packed.

Packages are securely prepared for safe international transportation.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is the customer's responsibility.

  • If a customer already works with a shipping company, we can deliver directly to them.

  • If it's their first time ordering from Turkey or they’re unhappy with their logistics partner, we assist in recommending the most suitable company based on their region.

After dispatch, we send:

  • a delivery confirmation,

  • photos of the package,

  • and tracking info, if available from the courier.
